This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations related to our event decoration services and rental items at Presentsstudio.

Rental Items Return

Return Timeline

All rental items must be returned within the agreed rental period. Standard rental periods are:

  • Short-term rentals: 24-48 hours
  • Weekend rentals: Friday to Monday
  • Extended rentals: As specified in the rental agreement

Return Condition

Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear accepted. Items should be:

  • Clean and free from excessive debris
  • Complete with all components and accessories
  • Undamaged and functional
  • Properly packed if originally provided in packaging

Late Returns

Late returns will incur additional charges at the daily rental rate. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate a late return.

Service Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Timing Refund Amount Notes
30+ days before event Deposit transferable Can be applied to future booking within 12 months
14-29 days before event 50% refund Deposit is non-refundable
Less than 14 days No refund Full payment is forfeited

Damage Policy

If rental items are returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear:

  • Minor damage: Repair costs will be charged to the client
  • Major damage: Replacement cost at current market value
  • Lost items: Full replacement cost plus any applicable sourcing fees

A damage assessment will be conducted upon return, and any charges will be communicated within 48 hours.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit for future services.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit card payments: Refunded to the original card within 7-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: Returned within 10-14 business days
  • Other methods: As applicable to the payment type

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your booking reference
  2. Provide details of your request and reason
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. Follow the instructions provided for return or refund processing
